Sollective Guild aims not only to support individual success, but also to enhance the credibility and long-term sustainability of highly skilled freelancers and to collectively build their position in society.
This is a closed community available exclusively to professionals who have successfully passed Sollective’s screening process. To ensure a safe and trusted environment for all members, please follow the below guidelines.
1. Professional Conduct
Sollective is a service designed to support highly skilled freelancers in leveraging their expertise and connecting with appropriate project opportunities.
Within the community, all members are expected to act with professionalism and accountability.
(1) Constructive Communication
Post content that aligns with the purpose of each channel.
Treat fellow members with respect and courtesy.
Engage in discussions constructively, even when opinions differ.
Discriminatory remarks, aggressive language, defamatory statements, or unfounded personal attacks are strictly prohibited.
(2) Sales, Solicitation, and Posting Procedures
This community exists to foster meaningful connections and knowledge sharing.
The following activities are prohibited:
Direct sales or service solicitations via direct messages (DMs)
Spam-like promotional activities
Unsolicited mass recruitment or talent outreach
In addition, if you are considering posting about collaboration opportunities or team/recruitment-related matters, please contact the operations team before posting directly in Slack.
Depending on the contents of what you'd like to post, we will guide you to the most appropriate format or channel.

(3) Responsibility for Posted Content
Members are solely responsible for the content they post.
Illegal content, hate speech, discrimination, violence, misinformation, or any content that may cause harm to others is not permitted. Please review your content carefully before posting.

All members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
Sharing personal information or confidential details without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Information obtained within the community must not be shared externally without permission.

3. Maintaining a Safe and Trusted Environment
Sollective places strong emphasis on maintaining a secure and trustworthy community.
If violations of these guidelines are confirmed, Sollective may take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or permanent removal of membership.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Serious violations of these guidelines
Fraudulent behavior
Harassment or repeated unwanted messages
Any action that undermines the integrity of the community

The Slack is accessible exclusively to Sollective Verified Pros (freelancers who have passed Sollective’s screening process). Company accounts do not have access to this space.
