Sollective is a fully vetted platform. We vet and review every one of the freelancers who submitted their profiles. We screen profiles and interview based on the following criteria. If you meet our criteria, you will pass our screening process and your profile will be approved.
All submitted profiles are reviewed based on the criteria below through a combination of profile and document review, as well as an online interview. Profile approval is only granted to professionals who meet and/or exceed Sollective's standards.
- Professional experience and track record (including several years of experience in a relevant field)
- Level of expertise and skills
- Portfolio quality
- Fit with the community and companies using our service
- Professionalism and communication skills
Profile and Document Review
After submitting your profile, if we determine that the information provided, such as your work history or portfolio, is insufficient, or if your experience and achievements cannot be adequately assessed, we may contact you to request additional information.
We may also ask you to upload or update supporting documents such as a resume or CV. These documents will not be made public on the platform. They will be used solely as reference materials during the screening process and, if approved, for project matching purposes.
If we do not receive the requested updates within 10 days of our outreach, your profile application will not be approved.
Online Interview
If your profile meets the required criteria after the initial review, you will be invited to an online interview.
If an interview is not scheduled within 7 days of our outreach, your profile application will not be approved.
Resubmitting your profile:
Resubmission of Your Profile
If your profile is not approved, you may be eligible to apply again after a certain period of time if your notification includes instructions regarding resubmission.
If you wish to reapply, please wait at least six months and ensure that your profile has been sufficiently updated with new achievements, projects, or portfolio items before submitting again.
However, if your application was not approved due to one of the following reasons, you may be eligible for immediate resubmission depending on the situation:
- Failure to provide requested updates to your profile within the specified timeframe
- Failure to schedule the interview within the specified timeframe
Please note that if there is no response to our follow-up communications, your application may be declined again, and further resubmission or review may no longer be possible.
