Company account administrators can view and issue invoices and receipts at any time.
Please follow the steps below.
How to view invoices
1. Log in to Sollective
2. From the menu, Account Settings > Plans & Billing > Manage Subscription
3. When you’re on the billing page, under billing history, click on the arrow icon next to the invoice date that you want to view to issue an invoice/receipt
4. Another tab will open, and you’ll be able to click either [Download invoice] or [Download receipt] to download
